The European single production plant is located in in Aneby, Sweden. In addition to production, this site also includes facilities for research & development, product distribution, purchasing, information technology and customer service functions. The Attends brand is represented in more than 20 countries in Europe, the Middle East and Australasia via local subsidiary companies or distributor partners.

In North-America, Attends operations are centered on the Greenville production plant located in North Carolina, USA..
